CIAO cafe

There are two branches of CIAO cafe in HCMC. I have been in one branch which located in Ngo Duc Ke street. A little noise, crowed with people come in and out. We caused problem when we tried to connect WIFI because of bad line. The space and light are good, drinking is delicious and friendly service. The price is not too high in District 1. This place becomes a consistent point in the meeting friends or is stop place by tourists. We can enjoy cafe and read book with about 800 kinds of book. If we would like to buy these books, we can order with price according to Fahasa bookstore.

6. Creperie & Cafe

It is located near Notre-Dame Cathedral with nice sight. Several customers are foreigner because of their expensive price. Good service from parking vehicle to communication but it is bad to connect Wifi here. It has both air condition and outside nature place.

5. Au Pare Cafe - Restaurant

It looks like Europe style, small space but it is friendly, i guess this place is very expensive. They serve well with professional staffs. Several customers are foreigner.

4. LADO cafe

Soul of countryside in City, this is all about when we come in Lado cafe. Without noise, crowed, it likes you are back to country side with a pool of water at the center, sometime there are few gold-fishes. Quite silent with classical music, pure air with big plants and chairs are made from wood almost. We can enjoy a cup of coffee at the round of pool or sit in upstair to look down. Service is little slow but fine quality. Price of this place is not so expensive but not easy for us to find out it where located in the alley of street. It is suitable for everyone who is thoughtful and want to keep out of stress. It is also a good place who enjoy to work.

2. Cafe in Binh Trieu area

Cafes in Binh Trieu area are so more simply. It is easy for us to find out wherever we go through, it is designed which does not belong to country side or modern style. Every place has different style from design, furniture, sound, service. Especially, some places have hammocks, they called “hammock cafe” and some where you can look out to Saigon River. Cheap price can make more visitors, it is combined many styles in life to make more diversified.

1. Highland coffee

Highland cafe is so luxurious, they attach special importance to uptown and foreign people. Location is in center of city which is on the corner of crossroads that make it’s more popular and like to every people. Comfortable space is with air conditional inside and natural air outside. It’s suitable for friend meeting, discussing… Good service from free internet computer to meals. High price makes it selective visitor but their service is good. It is designed to a modern style, get people in busy and active between their work and life. There are many Highland cafes are placed near together. Is it good? Can they compete the turnover?
